The process is very simple:

1. Email your plans to us in PDF or JPEG format
2. We provide a free quote for the assessment
3. Upon acceptance, we commence work on the assessment and liaise with you and provide feedback as required for your project to meet compliance
4. Once completed and you are satisfied with the outcome, for new clients we request payment via direct bank deposit or cheque
5. We return the NatHERS certificate / report and authorised plans to you via email – everything is done electronically.
